Customer Statement

In version 3.2 a new Customer Statement page was added. It gives the ability to better filter down contacts that you want to run statements for.

To Use

The new customer statement page is located under the reporting section in Accounting. Click on Customer Statement (new) to load up the page.

Enter Date Range

Enter Date Range

From the page, enter in the date range you want to create the statement for. The default value when first going to the page is last month.

Click in the Start Date or End Date field to select the date, or type directly into the field.

Load Customers

Load Customers

Once the date range is entered, click the Load Customers button. This will load the customers in your system. The date range will be used to show any recent activity.

Filter Customers

Filter Customers

After the customers are loaded, you can print the customer statement (which will print for everyone in your system), or filter down to specific contacts.

You can choose a preset filter by using the Filter drop down list.

All customers - All customers in the system

All customers with balance - The balance column in the grid is greater than 0

All customers without balance - The balance column in the grid is equal to 0

All customers with activity (within date range) - There is a date in recent activity column within the dates entered. An activity is any transaction made on that account. (Payments,Credits, etc)

Customers with credit balance - The credit column is greater than 0

Instead of using the drop down (or in addition to using the drop down) you can filter even more by using the filters in the grid. Simply type in what you want to filter for, and press ENTER.

If you want to change how it filters, you can click on the filter icon to see additional options. Click the X button to clear out the filter.
