How do I find my smartphone version?
Android™
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and select the “About phone” option.
On a tablet it may be named “About device” or “About tablet.”
Now tap the “Software information” option.
Under “Android version,” it will list the operating system version number.
If the version number begins with a 9.0 or higher, the Android device is currently compatible with the latest version the app. But when versions of Android are no longer supported by Google, they will no longer be supported for use with the app.
iPhone® and iPad®
On the home screen of your iOS device, locate the “Settings” app.
Once inSettings, scroll down and select “General.”
On theGeneralscreen, tap “About.”
The iOS version number will be listed on the “Software Version” line. The app for iPhone works with iOS 11 and higher, but as versions of the software are phased out of support by the manufacturer, they will no longer be supported.
