Release 2.4.5

General

  • Browser tabs will now show the name of the page you were on in the tab.

Warehouse

  • We have fixed a bug which prevented new rows from being added to the “Order Details” screen on the Order page in “Pantry Warehouse” if a row with a “0” price value is entered.
  • For pantries operating as a warehouse, it is now possible to start a pantry order, save the order and then return to it later.
  • For pantries operating as a warehouse, we have added a “Allocate from” checkbox along with a “Select warehouse” drop down. We have added a “Allocate from” checkbox along with a “Select warehouse” drop down. The warehouse drop down is disabled until the “Allocate from” checkbox is checked. It is important to note that checking the “Allocate from” checkbox will remove any existing items from the shopping cart. This is because we are going from putting in a order request (where the inventory includes all warehouse locations) to directly creating and allocating an order (where only one warehouse location can be selected). If multiple items from different warehouse locations are needed, multiple orders pertaining to the different warehouses should be submitted.

After selecting the warehouse, the items on the screen will filter to inventory within the selected warehouse.

Once the inventory items have been selected, switch to the cart view. You will notice that usual “Submit Order” button has been replaced with a button labeled “Allocate Order”.

Clicking “Allocate Order” will create the order object in the system and automatically remove the inventory requested from the system.

Pantry

  • We have fixed a bug causing an item to not show on an auto-menu if a buffer limit is present on the item.
  • We have added an alert to the member ordering page if a selection would put them over the overall point limit for the menu (previously, this would only occur if a selection put them over the limit for the individual category)
  • When making changes to a “Manual” menu, you now have the option to overwrite the items in one family size with items within another. To do this, expand the family size of the menu witch you wish to copy from and click the “Copy Down” button.

A “family size” drop down will appear with all current family size options (outside of the family size you are copying from) as well as the next numerical family size in the sequence.

After clicking “OK” on the dialog, save the menu to confirm the changes and you will find that the family sizes have been copied over.

Note that clicking “Copy Down” on the last family size entry (so if we have five family sizes, clicking copy down on family size “five”) will not show the dialog. Instead, it will simply copy down the items to the next non-existent family size in the sequence (family size “six” using the five-family size example again).
