Alerts dialog was cleaned up.

The Alerts tab was broken out into 2 separate tabs, Add Alerts and Sent Alerts.  

The colors of alert messages have been updated:

Styles have been changed to the menu, folder and forms to be more consistent with the rest of the site.

Form icons have been updated as well.

Grid updated to be like other widgets

Grid now pages instead of returning all records

Added a new "Tiny" mode for links. Under the links settings select "Tiny" for the View will render the links as buttons.

Adding and editing of links will need to be done in "Full" mode. The tiny mode will give you access to your links, and free up some space on your dashboard.

Changed note dialog to be consistent across the different parts of the site where notes can be created

Minor style changes to make it more consistent with the other widgets

Grid will now page. This makes the grid more efficient when many results are returned. The max records setting is now max records per page. On less powerful computers / tablets, you can change the page size to be smaller to experience the benefits of the paging.

Cleaned up the layout of the dialog

The date/time pickers have been changed to make selecting faster. You can still type directly into the fields for specific times.

Minor changes to the look. The dialog is now consistent across the different parts of the site

Fixed issue where right to left text was not displaying correctly (Arabic, Hebrew, etc)

Minor style changes to the email dialog

Email dialog got the same changes as the Email widget

Fixed a few issues with copying items from the IMAP mailbox to a folder in Unicentric

Overhaul of the list maintenance pages to give consistency between the grids and dialogs. The layout was changed where the items are now in a menu instead of tabs.

Fixed an issue where the email address would change to blank when editing an user.

Fixes issues where some buttons were not displaying the correct font

Added 2 new options to an insurance rate

Units Can be Zero?

If billable units can return 0 for a service, this option can be selected. The default is No which is how it worked prior to this addition.

Consolidated Unit Calc

From a batch you can consolidate items into one new item. In some circumstances the unit count for this new item needs to be the sum of the individual items and not the new duration of the consolidated item.

Example

Service 1 = 6 minutes  <- 0 units

Service 2 = 22 minutes <- 1 unit

When these services are combined in the consolidate, the new item is 28 minutes (2 units)

When sent to the payer, it can not include the 0 charge items, but needs to reflect the time.

When set to By Parent, it will work the way it did.

When set to By Children it will use the unit total of the child items.

Added a Deleted tab to the Billing screen.

When an item is deleted from the proofing tab, it will now log when it was deleted, and who deleted it. From the deleted tab, you can restore the item back to the proofing screen.

You will now be able to snooze reminders for a specific duration.
