Release v2.2

Pantry Auto Print

Added DYMO direct print as well as some minor updates to the QZ print pages. Both can be launched from the dashboard menu without needing to memorize a URL. Both pages will allow a user to generate a token containing a printer instance name and delay which will be retained by the browser when the page is re-opened as long as the browser's cookies are not cleared.

For more information on the print changes, see our updated Pantry Print documentation: http://unicentric.screenstepslive.com/s/8055/m/70737/l/827291-overview

Pantry Maintenance (General)

-A log out button has been added to the Pantry and Warehouse Maintenance pages. Note that this will log the user out of Pantry Maintenance and Pantry Warehouse but not the main dashboard page.

-The “Menus”, “Fill Orders” and “Manage Orders” pages can now be filtered using the Site drop down so that you will only see either menus or orders that were created under the selected site. An “All” option was also added so that you can see all Menu’s/Orders regardless of site.

Manage Orders

-Clicking the “eye” icon on an order in the Manage Orders page will allow users to see what items have been requested and allocated to an order. You can see details of the item that was requested in the topmost row. The rows that follow show what specific (branded if applicable) items were actually allocated to that request.

-An “Include Delivered” checkbox was added that will allow users to see orders that have been previously “Marked as Delivered”.

-A “Reverse Delivery” button was added so that a user can undo an order that was marked as delivered in cases where a mistake occurred, and an order was accidentally marked as delivered. This will return the order to the Manage Orders page but set the status of the order to allocated instead of delivered. The order can be further unallocated and sent back to the “Fill Orders” page using the “Unallocate Order” button.

Sites

Additional sites can now be added by users by using the “Sites” button in Pantry Maintenance. This will give users the ability to have multiple menus available to pantry members. For more information on Sites, see our updated Sites documentation: http://unicentric.screenstepslive.com/s/8055/m/70737/l/838133-overview

Pantry Visitors

The pantry visitors page can now be filtered by site using the “Site” drop-down in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will show all members in who have either been checked in or checked out (depending on what view the page is currently in) who has the selected site selected on their intake form.

Pantry Warehouse

A “View Negative Inventory” button has been added to the Inventory Adjustment page for cases where an item has been over-allocated and is now displaying negative inventory within the system.

In such cases, we’ve provided a method for offsetting the negative inventory to be 0 instead of a negative amount. Simply clicking the "+" button in the last column of the grid will create offsetting inventory entries for the item setting the quantity of the item to 0.
