Use trace route to test connectivity to the site
When you are having troubles connecting to the Unicentric servicexpert site, supplying a trace route can be useful if the issue is specific to a location. For example, if you can connect to the website from somewhere off your network (cell phone), but are not able to to connect from your desktop.
First, open a command prompt
From the windows icon, you can type "cmd", this will show you the Command Prompt App

Next, type in the trace route command
type "tracert {servicexpert domain name}" at the prompt, and press the enter key. The domain name is what you see at the login screen in the URL bar.
