Why are my CMS1500 printouts are not lining up?
When printing a CMS1500 from the system, if the text does not line up to the fields of the CMS1500 form, check to see if the settings on the print dialog are correct.
Under Page Sizing & Scaling, "Actual Size" should be selected
Verify that your printer is printing to 8.5 x 11 paper (Letter)
If you dont see the Adobe dialog, and are using Firefox
In FireFox, go into Options > Applications
Find Portable Document Format (PDF) in the list, and change the Action to Use Adobe Reader.
The next time you print it should open Adobe, and when you print it will display the dialog you see above
