How do I add Scheduler permission?

If you need to give a user permission to the new scheduler located under dashboard, this article will explain the steps that are needed.

First, open the User Maintenance page.

From the dashboard menu, select User Maintenance

If using classic, click on Tools > User Maintenance

Next, select the user that needs permission to the new scheduler

Using the column filter begin typing their login name, first name, or last name. Click on the name in the grid to open.

Under classic, find the user in the list, and click on their name.

Now, select the Permissions tab

For classic, select Permissions

In the Permissions grid tick the checkbox for Scheduler

In the Permissions grid tick the checkbox for Scheduler

For classic, select Scheduler in the list on the left, and click the (+) button to add it to the "Can see" list

Finally, click the Save User button

Finally, click the Save User button

The user will need to re-log. They will then see the Scheduler menu item in the Dashboard menu.

Note: The new scheduler page is not accessible from the classic site.
