How do I access another users calendar?

This article will explain how to access another users calendar from the dashboard. You will need permission to that users calendar, and have the calendar widget on your dashboard.

First, Click the settings on the calendar widget

Located in the upper right of the widget, click the icon to show the menu.

From the settings dialog, select Other Calendar then select the user whose calendar you want to access

Click the Save button to save the settings

The calendar will reload with the user that you selected. If you deal with this user often, you could add another widget on the dashboard that is for this user.
