How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, and have set up your password recovery options, the below article will help you with resetting. If you did not set up recovery options, or do not see the forgot password link on the login page, please contact the user at your organization that is in charge of user maintenance. They can assist you in resetting your password.
Step 1: Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen
If your system administrator added a phone number or recovery email address (often your personal email address) to your user profile, then you can reset your password upon verification.
Click the "Forgot password?" link
Step 2: Enter your organization name and user name
Your username is often the same as the name before the "@" in your organization email address, your first name, your first name plus last initial, or your first initial plus last name. You must have your organization name and user name to reset your password.
If you receive a message to contact your system administrator
This message reflects that you have not been setup to self administer password reset. You will need to contact someone at your organization to reset your password as Unicentric cannot verify your identity and that you should have permission to the system.
Step 3: Select an option to receive a verification code
Select "By SMS" if you wish to receive a recovery code via text message. The phone number on your profile must be a phone capable of receiving a text, generally a cell phone and normal messaging fees may apply. Select "By Call" if you wish to receive a call or "By Email" if you wish to receive an email. For security on either SMS or phone call you have to enter the last 4 digits of the phone number on your profile. If you are missing a recovery phone number or email address, options will not be presented.
Select your preferred method (and enter the last 4 digits of a phone number if required). Then select Send Recovery Code.
Step 4: Enter the recovery code
The system will send you the recovery code by the method you selected. When you receive it, type it into the field "Recovery code" and press "Verify Code". If you do not receive the code, you can select Resend.
Step 5: Enter your new password
Upon entering and verifying a valid recovery code, enter a the new password twice. You will then be able to log into the system using your new password.
