1. After logging into the system, click on the "Tools" tab.

2. Next, click on the "User Maintenance" option in the list on the left side of the page. (Note that this option is only visible if your user account has the "User Maintenance" permission. If your account does not have the user maintenance permission, you will need to request another user in your organization to grant you the permission or enable to dashboard option for you.)

3. Find the name of the user account who you wish to enable the dashboard mode for and click on their name.

4. Check the "Open Dashboard on login" option to enable dashboard. Then click "Save User" to save your change.

Now, the next time the user logs in, they will open to the dashboard view. If a user wishes to switch back to the classic view for any reason, clicking the "gear" icon in the top right (next to the users username) and then the "c" icon will temporarily switch the user to classic mode.

Clicking the "Dashboard" button in classic mode will switch the user back to dashboard mode.
