Create an EDI File
Generate an EDI file from the 3PB screen.
Select a Payer
In the payer drop down, select the payer for which you would like to add batches to an EDI.
Mark Batches for EDI
Mark batches that are to be included when generating the EDI. This step may be repeated as many times as necessary.
Generate EDI File
After all the desired batches have been marked for use in EDI generation, click on the "EDI" option to open a pop-up for EDI generation.
Verify Batches
Ensure all of the desired batched are listed in the "Included batches" list box.
Make Corrections
If there are any batches missing from the "Included batches" list, or if one was added accidentally, you may add/remove batches from this screen by highlighting the desired batch and clicking on the appropriate button.
NOTE: You may also use these buttons to quickly mark batches for use in an EDI.
Generate EDI File
From the EDI pop-up, click on the "Create EDI File" button. After the process finishes creation, the EDI file can be located in the Fiscal folder found under the Org View tab.
