Expand the Maintenance tab on the Navigation bar and click Nutrition to get to this Maintenance screen

First clic k the Add Nutrition button on the top right of the Nutrition grid. This will open the Add Nutrition dialog window

Fill the fields supplied as follows:

Nutrition Name - The name of the nutritional item being tracked (such as calories)

Is Standard - Set this  nutrition as a Standard. When you are adding nutritional facts to a Food item, you will be provided with a button "Add Standard" which will add all Nutrition items marked as standard at once, instead of having to add them individually.

Is Active - Set the nutrition as Active or Inactive. Inactive nutritions are not used going forward, but will still be included in items that had the nutrition added before it was marked inactive

Section - This is the section of the Nutrition Facts label that this item appears on. Nutrition labels are broken into Top, Middle, and Bottom sections. This can be used if your organization intends to print Nutrition Labels.

Order - This is the order that the item appears within it's respective section. It should be a numeric value

When all of the fields are filled out, click the Save button to save you work. This Nutrition will now be available to be added to a Food Item.
