Allergy

Here you can add Food Allergies that you will be tracking within your system. Allergies will be selected on food types added in the system and will be selected by Pantry Members if you are a Pantry. 

Important: When you add an allergy, it is important that you add one that will be diligently tracked. All relevant food items will be marked so that the system can automatically alert Pantry Members with the allergies when they order.

To get to the Allergies section, expand the Maintenance section of the Navigation bar in the Warehouse Module. Then, click on the Allergy option.

Add New Allergy

To add a new allergy to track, click on the "Add New" button on the right hand side of the Allergy Grid. This will open up a window where you can enter the Allergy Information.

Type in the name of the allergy you are adding and click Save. This allergy will now become available on Food Items in Warehouse Maintenance and to Pantry Members on their Intake form.
