Why is the print so small?

In some cases, especially when setting up a new machine/new printer, the printer settings will need to be updated for the Pantry Printing application to work correctly. This will be especially evident if the orders seem to be printing incredibly small and bunched up into one corner of the label.

To get to your printer settings, first navigate to the machine's list of printers. On windows 10, this can be done by searching for "Printers & Scanners." The results should be similar to the above.

For the printer that is being used (Unicentric recommends Dymo Label printers) click on the Manage button shown above.

On the resulting screen, click on the "Printing Preferences" link on the left pane of the window (shown above). This will open a new window that will default to showing basic printing preferences like default orientation and page order.

Click the Advanced button to switch to the advanced window, which is where you will find the setting for the paper size.

Set the paper size to the correct size that is being used by the printer (Unicentric recommends 4x6 inches which is shown above). After the correct size is set, Click OK to save the changes and test the application again to see if this issue has been solved. If the application is still printing the labels very small, contact Unicentric for further assistance.
