First, select Safari > Preferences

Next, select Websites

Select "Pop-up Windows" from the left

Under the Currently Open Websites, locate the unicentric site, and change Block to Allow

Close out of the Preferences dialog by clicking the X

Pop-up windows will now be allowed in Safari
