Folder and Group Maintenance
This page will allow you to manage folders and groups you have permission to.
Rename folder
If you have permission to the folder, you will see the option to rename. Type in the new name of the folder, and click the Rename button. Folder names can not contain invalid characters Please limit to letters,numbers,spaces, and underscores.
Create sub folder
If you have create sub folder permissions to a folder, you will see the option to do so. Type in the folder name, and click the create button. Folder names can not contain invalid characters Please limit to letters,numbers,spaces, and underscores.
Permissions
If you have owner permission to a folder you will have the ability to set permissions to the folder. Click the Set Permission button to open the permission dialog.
Add user
Click the Add button to add a user or group. From this dialog select the user or group by clicking on the name. Click the Ok button when finished.
From the edit screen, click on the user/group to set the permissions to the folder.
None = The user/group has no access to this folder
Owner = Full control over the folder
Create Subfolders = The user/group has the ability to create folders under the selected folder
Create Items = The user/group has the ability to add items to the folder
Read = The user/group has the ability to view contents of the folder
Edit = not currently used for permissions of folders/groups
Delete = The user/group has the ability delete items from the folder
Delete folder
If you have owner permission to the folder, you will have the option to delete. Folders can only be deleted if they are empty. You can manually remove all the items first, or check the check box to "Remove All Items" prior to clicking the Delete button.
