Accessing Feedback
If you are experiencing an issue with the Unicentric system, or have a question about implementing additional forms, reports, or other features, the Unicentric Feedback tool can be used to contact our team.
To access Unicentric Feedback the user has to have permissions to the Feedback system granted through User Maintenance. If a user has the correct permissions, they can click the gear icon at the top right of their dashboard screen and access Feedback by clicking the chat bubble in the resulting user dialog.
Generally, we recommend that only one person within the organization handle feedback cases so that a member of your organization can have a good understanding of everything happening in the system, and so that communications between your organization and Unicentric does not get muddled. Unicentric refers to this person as a SPOC (Support Point of Contact)
This is the tab that the user will start in when opening the feedback system, and the one that will probably be used the most frequently. Here, you can view all cases either at a glance, or in detail, as well as create new cases.
