Batch Scan
Batch scan allows you to upload, and process barcoded documents to be routed into the system.
Access
You will need permission to the Batch Scan page in order to use it. If you were given permission, you can access the page from the dashboard menu.
Main Page
The main page of Batch Scan will list all documents that have been routed in the system. Here you can see what was routed, and manually route documents that did not route correctly.
Batch Scan Tool
To access the tool, click on the icon on the Main Page.
This will run a click-once application. If you are using Internet Explorer, this should open without needing to do anything additional. If you are using a different browser, you will need a add-on/plug-in that can handle opening Click-Once applicaitons.
Here are some recommended extensions for browsers other than IE:

If this is the first time opening the tool, you will see the screen above.
Enter your user in the "UserName" field. This is the user name that you used to log into Unicentric.
Enter your password in the "Password" field
Enter your organization name in the "Company" field. This is the organization name you used to log into Unicentirc.
In the "WebService" field, what you enter is dependent on if you are on the Live site or using Test Center. If you are on the Live site, you will need to change it to:
https://sx2040.unicentric.com/FEV2/Unicentric/Services/ScannedBatchService.asmx
If you are on the TC, you will need to change it to:
https://tc2014.unicentric.com/Unicentric/Services/ScannedBatchService.asmx
Note that the web service for the Live site may vary. If the above URL does not work, please contact Unicentric.
Click the Test Authentication button once all the values are in.
If everything is entered correctly, you will see the dialog that everything passed. Next click the Save & Close button.
Menu
File > Exit - Will exit the application
Batch > New - Will create a new batch
Batch > List - Refreshes the grid listing all batches
Batch > Truncate - Removes all images and pdf that are associated to the selected batch
Batch > Delete - Deletes the selected batch
Creating a new batch
From the menu select Batch > New. This will add a new row in the grid.
Next, click the Load files button
Select the image file that contains the barcoded document.
You will see the files that were uploaded from the image you selected.
Finally, Click the Process Batch button
Depending on the number of pages, this process may take some time. Click the button once, and wait for it to redirect to the screen that has the batch list.
Navigating to the folder that is listed will show you the document that was routed.
