Projects
This section will contain user defined 'Projects' that will allow grouping of cases into categories. (Ex. 'Forms for New Counseling Department','Accounting Reports', etc).
Adding a Project
To add a project to the feedback system, click the "Add new record" button at the top right of the projects grid, as shown above.
After clicking the button, the add new project dialog will be displayed. Simply enter the name of the project you would like to add and click "Update" to create the project. Following this, you will be able to designate new cases as being part of the project, or retroactively add existing cases to the project.
Projects Grid
After creating project(s) they will be displayed in the Projects grid. The grid can be sorted, searched, or filtered on the columns shown. Additionally, if you would like to rename a project, it can be done by clicking the edit button.
The arrow to the left of the project name (highlighted above) can be clicked to expand a project and show all of the cases that have been added to the project. While this sub-grid cannot be filtered/searched, it can still be sorted like all of the other grids in the feedback system. Additionally, you are able to click on the case number to view the Case Details for that case.
