Quick Timesheet
(v3.4) Quick Timesheet page was added to dashboard. This page will allow a user to quickly add calendar items to create a timesheet.
Permission
In order to access the Quick Timesheet page, the user will need the Quick Timesheet permission under User Maintenance
Access
To access the page, click on Quick Timesheet from the dashboard menu
Use
First select the user in which these calendar items will be created for.
Enter Subject
This is the subject that will be used on the calendar item
Select Activity
Select the activity code for the item. If the service does not have an activity, you can leave blank.
Select Program
Select the program code for the item. If the service does not have a program, you can leave blank.
Select Location
Select the location code for the item. If the service does not have a location, you can leave blank.
Enter Date
Enter the date of the appointment (MM/DD/YYYY)
Enter Start Time
Enter the start time of the appointment. (HH:MM AM/PM)
Enter End Time
Enter the end time of the appointment. (HH:MM AM/PM).
Enter Duration
If you change the End Time, the duration will automatically update. You can override the duration by changing the number here. The appointment will be for the start/end time, but the duration will be the value you overwrote.
Select Contact
Begin typing the contacts last name, and you will be presented with contacts in the system. Select the contact you would like to link to this appointment.
Expense
Optionally, select an expense for the appointment.
Add item
Click the add button to add the row to the grid
When an item is added to the grid, the calendar item is created, and will be visible on the users calendar.
Create Timesheet
Clicking the Create Timesheet button will create and submit a timesheet for the items added to the grid. The grid will then clear, to allow new items to be added.
Copy Down
Ticking the Copy Down check box will copy all currently set values onto the new row after clicking the add button
