Edit an Activity

This article will guide you through the process of editing an existing activity.  The List Maintenance permission is required for this task.  If you do not have access to List Maintenance, please contact whoever is responsible for user maintenance at your organization.

Access List Maintenance

From the main dashboard screen, open the Dashboard Menu by clicking the icon towards the upper left hand side of the window.

Select the List Maintenance option from the Dashboard Menu.

Select an Activity

From the List Maintenance window, select the activity you wish to edit from the list to open the activity dialog window.

Change Activity Information

Alter the necessary activity information.

Save the Activity

Click on the "Save Group" button, found towards the lower right portion of the dialog, to create the activity.
