If your user is set up with a recovery email, you will receive emails regarding access to your account. (ver.3.1)

Password Change

Password Change

When your password is changed in the system, you will receive an email informing you that it was changed.

From this email you will see the time, and what IP address has changed your password. If this was not you, please contact your system administrator.

New IP Login

New IP Login

If your organization has enabled the Security Challenge feature in the system, you will receive emails when your account has been logged in from a new IP address. You will see the IP address, and the User Agent of the device that logged in.

When logging in from a new IP, you will be required to answer one of your security questions.

Account Locked

This email will trigger if the security questions have been incorrectly answered 4 times.

If there is a Point of Contact (POC) set up in the organization, the user(s) will get this email. If there isn't a POC set up, the recovery email of the user will get the email. They will need to relay the message to the user at their organization that is in charge of User Maintenance.
